Privacy
Strike Pad is made and published by Subsense OÜ (Subsense Interactive), which is responsible for the information this page describes (the “controller”, under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation). This page says plainly what the website and the game do with information about you.
This website
The website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, shows no advertising, and loads nothing from anyone else: every picture, film, font and script comes from this site.
To know how many people visit and what they look at, we count visits ourselves, on our own server, with Umami: the page you open, the page you came from, your browser, operating system and kind of device, your screen size and language, and the country your IP address is in. Your IP address is used only to work that out and to tell one visit from another (combined with your browser into a code that changes regularly), and is not stored. We cannot tell who you are from any of it, and it is shared with no one. If your browser asks sites not to track it (“Do Not Track”), it is not counted.
While a page of the site is open and in view, it keeps a connection to our server so that we can see how many people have the site open at the same time. Nothing is sent over it and nothing is kept: it is counted while it is open, and that is all.
The company that hosts the site keeps the usual short-lived server logs (such as an IP address, the page asked for and the time) to keep it running and secure, and our network provider (Cloudflare) handles the same in passing to deliver it. That, and the counting above, is our legitimate interest in running a website; none of it is used for anything else.
The game
- The game has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking, and it makes no network connections of its own.
- Your progress and settings are kept on your device, and go when you delete the game.
- Apple may share crash reports and usage figures with us if you have agreed in your device’s settings to share them with app developers. They do not identify you to us.
- In test versions (TestFlight), the game keeps a short summary of each round on your device, with a random number for the install, not you. If you choose to send feedback through TestFlight, Apple gives us what you send: your comments, any screenshot, your device and system details, and the email address of your TestFlight account. We use it only to improve the game, and keep it no longer than we need to.
Children
The game collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Where we hold information about you (such as TestFlight feedback), you may ask to see it, correct it or have it deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes and contact
If this changes, this page will say so first, with a new date at the top.
